Hosting and security: This site is hosted on Netlify. Technical request and system data may be processed to deliver, operate and secure the service. The legal basis for processing necessary to operate and protect this website is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
International processing: Netlify states in its current public Privacy Notice that information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions and that, where required by law, it uses appropriate transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful safeguards.
Contact: If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we process the contact details and message content needed to answer. For pre-contract enquiries Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR applies; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. WhatsApp is an external service with its own privacy terms.
No behavioural tracking on the current site: Source review found no Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel or Matomo integration, and there is currently no public payment widget or account-registration system.
