Founding Access — current commercial status

Current commercial information for UAOS Commander 1.1.3.

Current status: Founding Access is shown at €59 as an intended total customer price, but paid transactions are not activated yet. Interest requests are non-binding and no payment should be sent until the seller confirms the applicable tax treatment and a commercially permitted hosting setup.

Why payment is paused: the current VAT/Kleinunternehmer classification is not yet backed by final authoritative submission evidence, and the current Vercel Hobby plan is documented by Vercel as restricted to personal, non-commercial use.

Before any paid consumer sale: the final tax treatment, consumer information, withdrawal information for digital content, delivery consent/acknowledgement where applicable, payment method and delivery route will be presented and confirmed.
